October Member Event

We will have two speakers for our October member event on October 15. Ian McCubrey will kick us off with his experiences attending the Trout Unlimited Expedition in Wyoming this summer where he immersed himself in conservation projects. Greg Swick, our Conservation Director, will then give an update on the Sherman Field Project on the West Branch of the Warner River in Bradford. The Basil W. Woods, Jr. Chapter was recently awarded a Trout Unlimited “Embrace a Stream” grant for $8,750 for aquatic restoration of 1,000 feet of the West Branch of the Warner River. The purchase and sale agreement has been negotiated and the project is moving ahead. Come find out what this exciting conservation project means for our Chapter!
